Bearing Witness

- Chaplaincy is the educational, training, and in-field work, and division of Messages of Faith Ministry (MOFM), a non-profit 501c3, since 2001. The Chaplains act as liaisons between their church/pastors and the community, in a "boots-on-the ground" capacity. Chaplains range from church Pastors, Ministers, prison ministry, agency caseworkers, coalition leaders, community organization leaders, members, and re-entry individuals.
- Our God is a living God. We serve a living God. People from all around the world, from different customs and cultures, discover and find miracles, through testimonies, forgiveness and healings, through the love of Jesus Christ. We are the witnesses of Jesus when we receive and believe personal testimonies that He is resurrected, and is alive. Our witnessing of Christ begins with the testimony of others, with people we either know, or know about, and trust.  Our journey is with our own testimonies; which begins with a witnessing of our own personal experiences with the Lord.
- When it comes to witnessing, we have the specific commandment from Jesus Christ to go into the entire world with the Good News.  We witness because we love Christ.  We witness because He loves us.  We witness because we want to honor and obey Him.  We witness because He gives us a special love for others. We witness to hold up the name of Jesus, and to bring God glory. We witness, because faith comes by hearing, and hearing from the Word, and from personal experiences that touch and transform our lives. We witness for the truth, and to inspire others to Christ, and His truth.

Chaplain Sally St. John
Sally is from Long Island, NY and was raised Catholic, she was diagnosed as dyslexic. When Sally was 29 yrs. she underwent surgery, when she woke up and looked over at the patient next to her, she thought she must have been suffering terribly. However, it wasn’t until she heard the commotion of the hospital staff trying to wake the woman up, that she realized they were calling her name “Sally”. Sally experienced a near death experience, and a lifetime transformation. Suddenly, it was as if she were traveling at light speed, and came into a bright white light; she heard her name being called, she instantly knew it was Jesus. She had many questions for Him, and she confessed that she wasn’t sure if He were true, and stated “dude, I never even read your book”. Then, immediately a loud echoing sound, and her life flashed before her eyes, good and hurtful images, including the abortion she once had. “You are welcome in the Kingdom of God”, she was astounded at this love, and then, “But its not your time, you have to go back”, and He revealed his purpose and plan for her, and told her, “Bring back My Flock”.
Sally is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor III, LADC Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor, Success Coach, and book Author of Truth Reflex, and The Instant Answer. Sally was ordained as a Chaplain in May of 2012.

Chaplain Victorya Campe   messagesoffaith@juno.com
Born in Phoenix, and grew up in California, Victorya was raised as a Catholic, today she is a practicing non-denominational Christian, yet from time to time attends Mass. She grew up in an extremely abusive childhood with an alcoholic father; she grew up with much homelessness and hungry, wearing nothing but hand-me downs most of the time. After her parents divorced when she was 15, she turned to drugs and alcohol, as a teen and young adult she lived in what’s known as the barrio. From 2001 to 2009, she suffered devastating personal tragedy and loss, burying 5 of her beloved family members. In January 1998, in prayer, she had been chosen to experience a miraculous and divine Jesus Manifestation. She was lifted into a pure white light and had a face-to-face visitation and encounter with Jesus Christ. In 2005 she wrote the book, In The Realm of God about this miraculous occurrence. In 2011 she wrote, Chosen, 15 Minutes With Jesus, based around this Holy visitation, and built its website. She lives every day knowing the truth; and the truth can set you free, Jesus is alive. “Its not your job to make them believe you, it’s your job to tell them the truth; feed my sheep”. Victoria was ordained in 2001.
John 21:17: Lord, you know all things; you know that I love you. Jesus said, Feed my sheep.

Chaplain Rick Voskuhl
Rick is a member of the Champion Center. Today Rick never lets his disability and confinement to a wheelchair keep him down. Born with a disability as a young man due to his depression he contemplated suicide, and began to use drugs and alcohol. It was through his friend that Rick made a choice to go to church, he raised his hand and answered an altar call, saying that if hell was worse that what he knew then he didn’t want to go there. Today through his love for Christ Rick spends time ministering and volunteering at local events, and he did his first missions trip to Mexico in 2014.

Rachael is an evangelist spreading the 'Good News", and raising Jesus up, while letting others know that they too can be forgiven. Rachael was ordained as a Chaplain in June of 2012.

Chaplain Pamela Poston:         mrsprt4jc@yahoo.com
From Chicago, Illinois Pamela was a happily married woman when she relocated to Las Vegas NV. However her marriage began to fall apart and she entered into a homosexual lifestyle, choices that would contribute to violence and incarceration. As Abraham negotiated for Sodom & Gomorra, Pam negotiated with God from a cell. She prayed, repented and promised the Lord, that if He would get her out of the mess she had made for herself, she would straighten up her life and accept Jesus Christ as her Lord. Mentally and verbally abused for years, and the sins she committed against her husband, she would backslide and fell prey once again to the enemy’s deceits. Through prayer, repentance and forgiveness, God restored her marriage and she began to live a God fearing life. Pam was by her husband’s side as he became ill, she nursed him and led him to the love of Christ before he passed. Christ had saved Pam, and in return she helped to save her husband. In March of 2006 she was ordained and licensed as an Evangelist. In May 2008 she met and later married her husband, Overseer and Sr. Pastor Walter L. Poston.
Pam was ordained as a Chaplain in 2010.
Matthew 1:21  She will give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus, because he will save his people

Chaplain Walter L. Poston:     pastorposton@yahoo.com
At a young age Walter was a quiet child, who would soon endure the seduction, sexual assault, and incest, while being stripped of his innocence, by a trusted female family member. This sinful and criminal act opened the door to a very dark world of sexual abuse; which left wounds in his soul, and affected his life and self-image. The damage at an early age caused him to turn to drugs and alcohol. In his teen years, he questioned God, “why me?” By the age of twenty, he had spiraled more into the feelings of being hopeless and worthless. Later, Walter would serve in the US Army in West Germany, acting out and fulfilling his lusts through sinful acts. While on leave he returned home, he was witnessed to, and he surrendered and accepted Christ. At that moment he was overcome with the feeling of unclean spirits leaving him, and for the first time in his life he experienced trust, and the saving grace of Jesus Christ. In November of 2006, God began the healing process, and in 2008 he met his future wife, Pamela.
Walter was ordained as a Chaplain in 2010.
Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee, Isaiah 26:3
