Chaplains who join this team have 2 ways of opportunity to serve.
1. Faith-based community
2. Become a RECAP volunteer with LVMPD OCE and faith-based. (Background check and METRO RECAP badged)
Call-outs: All call-outs are conducted by LVMPD Area Commands
Chaplains are required to wear Chaplain Uniform Shirts. Closed toe shoes. No shorts, skirts allowed.
The purpose of Adopt-a-Cop is to assign law enforcement officers to a family, group, or individual who will pray daily for them and send a note of encouragement, support and a thank you for their service to the community.
Steps to register as a Prayer Partner or a Law Enforcement Officer:

3. Select the local chapter: “ADOPT-A-COP CLARK COUNTY, NEVADA”
4. Populate the appropriate fields and hit SUBMIT.
